Q. Will the software work on older operating systems?

A. Yes, All software will work on Windows 98se, 2000, NT, ME. XP and Vista!

Q. Will the software work on a Mac?

A. Yes, The software is Windows and Mac compatible

Q. If I choose a download version, can I still get a CD at a later date?

A. Yes, For an additional $10 payable via PayPal to eesdesigns@optonline.net

Q. Whats the best screen resolution for using EES software programs?

A. 1024 x 768 or higher  (800 x 600 will work, by simply using the screen scroll bars)

Q. How long will it take to get my product?

A. Immediately for download version, 2-9 days for CD via USPS.

Q. What if my product arrives damaged from shipping?

A. Simply return the damaged CD to us and we will replace it at no cost.

Q. What happens if my CD becomes damaged after 30 days or if I lose it?

A. We will send you a link to download the product if you furnish us with your original serial number on the CD along with your original contact info.

Q. What happens if I can not remember or find my serial number?

A. Our database also stores the original e-mail address you registered under, so we will resend you your serial number to that e-mail address.

Q. What if my e-mail address has changed?

A. Re-register your product with us using the new e-mail address, and include the old e-mail address as reference and we will update your records.  We can not resend the download product to more than one e-mail address.

Q. How can I avoid having to re-purchase the product if my e-mail address has changed and I lost the CD, or need to buy a new computer, or reformat my hard drive?

A. Make sure to keep your CD in a safe place, or backup your downloaded file onto a CD, and save it in a safe location where you can access it at a later date should the need arise.

Q. I am a reseller, owner of a pro-shop or other retailer.  Can I resell EES products to the general public?

A. Yes, If you wish to resell EES products, you can become an authorized reseller, purchase our products in volume (1 case of 12 of more) and only pay our wholesale prices.  Contact us via phone or e-mail for further information on how to become an authorized reseller.

Q. If I recommend one of your products to someone or some company, and that leads to a purchase, is there a Cash-back referral program?

A. Yes, If your referral leads to that person or company buying one of our products, we will issue you a $5.00 cash back award to your PayPal account for every product purchased that retails for less than $40, and $10.00 cash back award for every product purchased over $40.  (Note: Requires valid PayPal account.  Cash is rewarded at time of buyer registration providing buyer furnishes us with your Paypal account e-mail address)
